How do you destruct hard drives?

We cut hard drives in half or quarters.  We do not use a wiping software.  It can be argued that information can still be obtained from wiping software.

Hard drives are sent for material recycling and will be further shredded into smaller pieces to enable precious metals to be recovered.

How much do you pay for scrap metal?

Metal prices change daily and are live on the LME (London Metal Exchange).  Changes may change due to supply and demand as well and global economic changes.

We pay competitive prices and only trade non-ferrous metals – cable, brass, copper and lead.  Prices may differ between collected prices or dropping into us.

We may offer a scrap metal rebate for ferrous metals after transport and labour has been paid and will depend on the collection.

You will receive a Certificate of Destruction from us.
